Event Terms and Conditions By registering for this event, you agree to the following: 1. Event Fee This event costs £10 per family. Payment must be made before the event or on the event day. The minimum contribution is £10 per family. However, if you would like to support the event further is entirely voluntary and greatly appreciated 2. Adult Supervision This is a family and children’s sports event. A parent or responsible adult must stay with the children at all times. Children must not be left unattended. 3. Health and Safety Some activities may involve running, pulling, playing sports, or other physical movement. There is a small risk of slips, falls, bumps, or injury. Parents and responsible adults must make sure children take part safely and follow instructions from the organisers. If your child has any health condition, allergy, injury, or special need, please inform the organisers before the activity starts. 4. Behaviour All children and adults must behave respectfully towards others. The organisers may stop any child or adult from taking part if their behaviour is unsafe or not suitable for the event. 5. Photos and Videos Photos or videos may be taken during the event for community memories, gallery, or event promotion. If you do not want your child to appear in photos or videos, please tell the organisers before the event starts. 6. Personal Belongings Please look after your own belongings. The organisers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 7. Agreement By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
